Do you have an issue with your order?

We want you to love your experience with MYSKINNCO as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help. Please reach our email contact.myskinnco@gmail.com and we can help you with all your order needs.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

We work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. 

 

Can you update my address if I entered incomplete or wrong address?

Once the order is processed for shipping, address changes are not available. If there is an error on the billing and/or shipping information that you have provided, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process. Please contact your financial institution for more details on when you will see the funds reflect back into your account. How do I know if my order has been placed?

Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent. Please ensure your checkout process is complete with the correct email address until you reach the page containing your order number. Please note to check your spam folder, as well as your email, may have filtered into that folder.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship WORLDWIDE! Shipping and Processing times may vary, depending on region.

What is your return policy? 

Our policy is that we accept returns only on new products within 5 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. We cannot accept empty or more than half empty products. A processing fee of $4.95 will be charged for every return.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

A product is missing from my shipment. Where is it? 

We're so sorry to hear of your concern. Sometimes, the products in your order may be split into two (or more) fulfillments. Please kindly check your inbox for any additional tracking information -- please note that the subject will be identical and may be condensed into one email thread. If after you've looked into your inbox and you find no additional tracking information and your item is indeed missing, please reach out to us and we will make sure to ship this ASAP. contact.myskinnco@gmail.com

An item was damaged in my order. What do I do? 

Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear this! Please email us and send us your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we’ll be happy to help you! 

Are the products 100% Natural AND Vegan?

Yes! All products are certified 100% natural and vegan.

Are the products cruelty free

Yes! MYSKINNCO do not conduct, commission, or is a party to animal testing of any cosmetic ingredient, raw material, or formulation of finished cosmetic product. MYSKINNCO also affirm that they do not buy any ingredient, formulation, or product from any supplier or manufacturer that conducted, commissioned, or had been party to animal testing.

What is the expiration date? 

12 MONTHS after opening. With proper storing. 

How many times do I need to apply?

Apply once if you have light skin issues. For more problematic issues, we recommend twice a day. 

I have been using the products for a sometime now. When should i begin to see results? 

Results vary by person. Depending on your diet, water intake and skincare regimen. The severity of your skin will determine when results will show.

Can I add other products to my skin regimen while using MYSKINNCO products?

We do not recommend the mixing of products. It could interfere with receiving maximum results.

I just started using the products and my face is beginning to breakout. Why is that?

It’s called “Purging”. Purging is a very common reaction. It’s when your skin releasing all of your old skin cells to prepare for new skin cells. Do not be alarmed. Lessen your usage to once every other day and increase your water intake.

Once I get the results I desired, can I stop using the products?

In order to keep your skin healthy and hydrated, we recommend for you to maintain it with the use of MYSKINNCO skincare products.

THESE PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK ON MY SKIN. WHAT DO I DO? DO I GET A REFUND?

MYSKINNCO apologize that you did not see the results you anticipated please stop using products immediately. Unfortunately, we do not have a money back guarantee.

DO THESE PRODUCTS NEED TO BE STORED AT A SPECIFIC TEMPERATURE? 

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive cold and heat.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THE PRODUCT LOOKS DIFFERENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please note that MYSKINNCO products are made from natural ingredients and are handmade. This means the products can vary in color and consistency. Please use them as directed.
