WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING & RETURNS

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

MYSKINNCO ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via USPS. USPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All orders placed with a P.O Box will be cancelled, and the order will be refunded. P.O./APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS and will not be covered by insurance in case of loss/damage. 

MYSKINNCO is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

DOMESTIC

Standard - (USPS) $9.95 (price varies based on weight & location) 3-4 business days.

Economy - (USPS) $7.95 (price varies based on weight & location) 5-8 business days.

Express - (USPS) $19.95 (price varies based on weight & location) 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL 

Shipping price varies based on region. 

DHL - Flat Rate Price

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The normal processing time for orders is 1 - 4 business days (Monday - Friday). Business days do not include weekends, public, and federal holidays. Please keep in mind these products are handmade and made to order at times, meaning shipping times may vary. RETURNS 

Return Policy: 

Our policy is that we accept returns only on new products within 5 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. We cannot accept empty or more than half empty products. A processing fee of $4.95 will be charged for every return.

Damaged Products:
For items that arrive damaged, please send an email to contact.myskinnco@gmail.com with the following information: your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacements are sent out immediately based on our discretion.

Lost/Stolen Package: 
MYSKINNCO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact the shipping carrier to file a lost/stolen package claim.

Cancellation Policy:
Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been fulfilled. Please provide a valid address. Address changes CAN NOT be made, once orders have been shipped. Shipping fees will be applied for the reshipment of all invalid address orders.
